GOPulse gives you everything you need for your GO Transit commute: a personalized home dashboard with your next departures, a real-time train map so you can see exactly where your train is, smart departure reminders that notify you before your train leaves, live service disruption alerts, and a journey planner for trips including transfers. You can also browse all GO Transit stations and their facilities.

Yes! New users get a 7-day free trial of GO Pulse+ with full access to all features. After the trial, you can upgrade to a paid subscription to keep using premium features, or continue on the free plan. You can manage your subscription anytime from More > Subscription in the app, or through your device's subscription settings.

Tap More, then scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers, including your profile, saved journeys, reminders, and notification preferences. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it separately through your device's subscription settings to avoid continued billing.

You can start from the app by going to More > Subscription > Manage Subscription, which will take you to your device's subscription settings.

On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > GOPulse > Cancel Subscription.

On Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > GOPulse > Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.

Real-time train positions come from the Metrolinx Open Data API. Occasionally, the data feed may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. If positions aren't updating, it's likely an issue with the upstream data source rather than the app. Try pulling to refresh, or check back in a few minutes. If the issue persists, let us know.

No. GOPulse is independently developed by NorthStack Labs Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Metrolinx, GO Transit, or any government agency. We use publicly available data from the Metrolinx Open Data API to provide schedule and real-time information. Always verify critical travel plans with official GO Transit channels.

Save your regular journey (e.g., Oakville to Union Station), then set a reminder with your desired arrival time and which days you commute. GOPulse will send you a notification with enough time to get to the station before your train departs. You can customize the buffer time and manage all your reminders from the app.

GOPulse caches station data and schedules locally, so you can still view saved journeys and recent schedule information when you're offline. However, real-time features like live train tracking, service alerts, and up-to-the-minute departure times require an internet connection. The app will clearly indicate when data is stale.

We collect only what's needed to run the app: your email for authentication, saved journeys and reminders, and anonymized crash data. We don't track you across apps, we don't show ads, and we don't sell your data. Location data is processed in real-time and never stored on our servers. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
